With the cast’s limited availability and overwhelming global fan demand, the challenge demanded flawless coordination across multiple departments. Netflix needed a production partner capable of handling scale, speed, and consistency while ensuring the creative stayed true to one of its most high-profile releases.

Evolution was brought in to design and manage the operational backbone for this ambitious production weekend. Acting as the connective link between Netflix’s internal teams and external crews, we coordinated scheduling, communication, and multi-platform production across consumer marketing, AV, photo, and press. Working across three Hollywood stages, our team oversaw the primary EPK units, supported still photography, and streamlined multi-department workflows—engineering a fully functional system with only one day of prep. With over 200 people on set per day, Evolution ensured every asset was delivered on time, on brand, and at the highest production quality.
